Souhaits de fête en rose! Cat and pink birthday wishes!

merci de votre visite! je me fais rare de ce temps ci! je cours ici et là...et je travaillais sur une page de scrapbook, que je n,ai pas encore terminée et une autre carte! entre deux brassées de lavage, et les courses, et  etc!!! Alors, ce matin je vous présente un ensemble carte et boitatou portant les voeux de fêtes à la soeur de ma voisine, qui aime les chats et le rose!  J,ai choisi un étampe de Sweet Pea, dans la collection de Karen Middleton, que je trouve vraiment mignonne! Je l,ai coloriée au crayons de bois, Faber Castel, sur papier Bristol.  Mes papiers sont de la collection bo Bunny, Prairie Chic. Lorsque mon amie Cathy Lynn m'a envoyé le lien de Becca sur la technique du "ribbon ruching" désolée, je n'ai pas de traduction! Je me suis empressée d'essayer! Alors voilà le résultat!

thank you for stopping by! I am not very present on the web these days.. I run here and there,  I have been working on scrapbooking pages, that are not finished, and have two cards on my table! All this between two loads of laundry, lunches and errands! the usual I guess! this morning I am sharing with you a card I created to the request of my neighbour, she wanted something special for her sister who loves pink and cats! I worked with a cute little image from Karen Middleton,  in Sweet Pea stamps. It is stamped on Bristol and colored with Faber Castel. My papers are from BoBunny, Prairie Chic collection. When my friend Cathy Lynn sent me Becca's link on Ribbon Ruching, I had to try this technique... Do you like the result?

J'ai prévu une petite pochette dans laquelle j,ai glissé une étiquette, pour inscrire des souhaits. À l'opposé, c'est un grand cadre coupé avec ma cricut qui porte les voeux personnalisés.

Un aperçu de la boitatou! J,aime vraiment ce produit, pour ne plus m'en passer! et lorsque je reçois une commande de carte, on me demande toujours la petite boîte avec, s'il vous plaît!

Je partage avec vous ce matin l'ensemble Hello Kitty que j'ai créé pour ma belle fille Cindy. J,ai trouvé des images à colorier sur le net, et les ai ajustées pour la grandeur d'une carte, puisque je n,ai trouvé aucune étampes Hello Kitty! Je suis particulièrement fière de moi! Je me suis amusée sur Photoshop à inscrire son nom sur le sac de magasinage de la petite Kitty! Il y a beaucoup de photos, c'était un projet assez élaboré!

Today I would like to share with you the Hello Kitty kit I have made for my daughter in law, Cindy, for her birthday. I found some cute images that I adjusted for a card, because I never found any stamps with hello kitty. I am very happy about the name inscription on Hello Kitty's shopping bag, I did that with Photoshop. There are many pictures, because it was quite an extensive project.

L'intérieur est quand même assez simple, puisqu'il que ce n,est que le papier design, et une petite pochette dans laquelle j,ai glissé une étiquette sur laquelle j'ai inscrit: "Valable pour un moment passé ensemble!"

I kept the inside quite simple. it is simply the design paper that I bought. There is a little pocket in which I have inserted a tag, which is part of her gift: it is an invitation to spend together!

Voici ce que contient l'étage inférieur de la boîte! un petit agenda, des notes, un porte clef, une épinglette, un signet et une décoration pour son sac! 

This is the contents of the second box: a little agenda, a pad of post-it, a key chain, a stick pin, a bookmark, and a cute decoration for her purse!

Time flies, we are already almost half way in May, and I have not been very present in blog world lately, too much to do in "real world"! Today, I would like to share with you a card I made from my dear friend Brigitte's birthday at the end of March. I choose Happy Easter Tilda because I really love her happiness, her jumping in the air! and this is the feeling I wanted my card to bring to Brigitte.  Her favorite color is purple, I did create an almost monochromatique ambiance for her. it is a Shaker type card, that opens on one of my very favorite backgrounds, from Sweet Rainbow collection. My images are stamped on xpress blending card, and colored with copics.

Que le temps passe vite! nous voici presqu'à la mi-mai... Je n'ai pas été très présente dernièrement dans la blogosphère, trop occupée dans ma vraie vie! Aujourd'hui j'aimerais partager avec vous une carte offerte à ma bonne amie Brigitte, pour sa fête à la fin du mois de mars. C'est Happy Easter Tilda qui lui apporte mes voeux en sautant de joie! Puisque la couleur favorite de Brigitte est le violet, j'ai créé une ambiance quasi monochromatique, je n,ai rajouté que du carton brillant argenté comme contraste. C,est une carte de type shaker, avec tout plein de petites micro billes à l'intérieur, et la fenêtre donne sur une de mes scènes favorite, de la collection Sweet Rainbow. Mes images sont imprimées sur x-press blending card, et toutes coloriées aux copics.

Un aperçu de la carte ouverte, j'ai inversé l'image de Tilda, il est ainsi possible de la voir sauter de joie de l'intérieur autant que de l,extérieur.

A close up view of the lovely scenery, I used only pastel colors and kept them very very diluted, to produce something like watercolor.

Un gros plan de ce merveilleux paysage, afin de lui donner l'aspect aquarelle, je n,ai utilisé que des teintes délavées et vraiment diluées.

Since there are not much inside space to leave a message, I used the back face of the card.

I created a lovely envelope and tag with the Damask decor Cricut cartridge. To give more style, I inked the edges, and heat embossed with holographic powder.

L,intérieur étant très rempli, j'ai utilisé l'endos de la carte, décoré d'une mignonne pochette contenant une étiquette sur la quelle j,ai inscrit mes voeux. Cette pochette est conçue avec la cassette Damask Decor de Cricut.  Les rebords ont été encrés et embossés à chaud pour ajouter plus de style!

Ensemble Graduation pour jeune homme! Masculine Graduation kit !

Merci de venir me visiter! Je vous présente aujourd'hui un petit ensemble conçu pour un jeune homme qui gradue.  J,ai fait une petite boite en origami, au style de mortier!  Afin de la préserver, je l,ai enduite de Mod Podge. Le couvercle est un carton épais recouvert de Sticky back canvas, et de  peinture acrylique noire. Je l'ai accompagné d'une petite carte, d'une dimension à laquelle je ne suis pas habituée! j,ai colorié Graduation Edwin, avec mes copics, et l'intérieur est décoré soit avec des collants ou une image digitale d'un mortier et d'un diplôme ( étampes digitales de Meljen,s designs).

Thank you for visiting me today, I would like to share with you today a little Graduation set I made for a young man! The little origami box takes the shape of a graduation hat. I covered a thick cardstock with sticky back canvas, painted with black acrylic paint; the box itself received 3 coats of ModPodge to ensure durability. I created a little card to match in a size I am not too familiar to work with. I used the beautiful Spellbinder oval to showcase Graduation Edwin, colored with copics. The inside of the card is decorated with stickers and the writing space with a cute digi stamps from Meljen,s designs.

Tilda decorates .... spring! Tilda veut décorer le printemps! (COLOR THROWDOWN CTD 238

Je me fais rare dernièrement! C'est qu'il y a beaucoup d'action : nous avons acheté une nouvelle voiture, notre aîné et sa conjointe se sont achetés une maison et notre plus jeune fait maintenant partie de la famille d'un studio québécois d,animation 3D. Je n'ai pas chômé cependant; j'aurai quelques autres projets à vous présenter sous peu. Aujourd'hui, c'est une carte de fête mettant en vedette cette chère Tilda qui veut décorer le printemps! Elle aurait fort à faire à  Montréal, car jusqu,a ce matin, les crocus frissonnaient, alors les jonquilles sont cachées! J'adore les jonquilles, et cette Tilda est particulièrement charmante!

I have been quiet lately! so many things going on: we just bought a new car, our eldest son and DIL bought a house, and our youngest has joined the ranks as a 3D artist in a renamed studio in Montreal. I have been in my craftroom, relaxing and creating, however! I will have a few projects to present as soon as I can get time to fix the pictures! Today, I would like to share with you a birthday card featuring lovely Tilda trying to embellish spring, well she will have a lot of work to do in Montreal, as the crocus are shivering! I love daffodils and this Tilda is particularily cute!

Je suis tout à fait en amour avec ces papiers de la collection Moments de  MME, un peu vintage et dans les tons de blancs, jaune et bleu! ainsi qu'avec cette matrice de coupe de SU, agencée au plioir de bordure. J'ai utilisé un carton blanc, encré et embossé avec la poudre irirescente. Tilda est coloriée aux copics sur x-press blending card. Je trouve que j'y suis allée un peu fort avec le brillant sur la fleur, mais c'était ma première utilisation des plumes Wink of Stella Brush et je ne m'attendais pas à un tel flot de brillants! 

I love very much those papers from MME, Moments collection. They are a bit vintage, and in pretty shades of white, blue and yellow! I can't wait to use again this pretty set of embossing folder and die cut, by SU. I simply embossed and cut white cardstock, inked in matching colors and heat embossed with iridescent powder. I colored Tilda with copic  on x-press blending card. I think I was a bit generous with the glitter on the flower, but it was my first use of Wink of Stella Brush, and I did not expect such a flow!

Avec le printemps qui tarde à venir s'installer, j'ai une petite carte toute d'été à vous présenter aujourd'hui. Elle a été conçue à la demande spécile de  ma petite nièce, Sophie, avec une recette bien spécifique: du rose, du noir, du blanc, du soccer! Bien Sophie, j'espère qu,elle te plaira! Elle fut longue à concevoir, car le soccer n'est pas une grande source d,inspiration pour moi! Une chance que j'avais Tilda et Edwin pour m'aider! J,ai mis Tilda en vedette sur la face de la carte, avec une petite fenêtre type "shaker" pour y apercevoir Edwin. des petites breloques casquette, fleur et  mot complètent la déco que j'ai voulu assez limitée pour ne pas distraire notre regard des images.

A late posting for me today, featuring a "soccer" theme card for my little niece, who had a specific recipe in mind when she asked me for this card: pink, black, white and SOCCER! Well... soccer is not inspiring for me, thank god I had Tilda and Edwin to take me along! Tilda takes the scene on the front of the card, sitting on a bench, probably watching Edwin from the corner of her eyes! I thought it would be fun to see Edwin through a shaker type window ( I love these cards!)  I decorated the card minimally not to distract our eyes from the game! LOL

Cette carte est en 3 panneaux. on aperçoit ici les 2 premiers:

Puis lorsqu'on ouvre l'intérieur, un espace pour un petit message personnel, ainsi qu'un tableau de choses essentielles quand on est jeune! bien entendu, c'est pas un I-phone, ni un portable ultra mince, mais je trouvais ces images bien représentatives et jolies!
When the last pannel is opened,  we can discover a space to write a little message, and... a "favorite" things board,  or a "yourth survey kit!" well... of course I had no image of an I-Phone, nor one of those sleek laptops! but I thought those images were cute, and so appropriate!

J'offrirai la carte à Sophie, présentée dans sa petite boitatou à son nom, et décorée d'une petite fleur et de breloques!

I will offer Sophie a little boitatou with her name, decorated with a little flower and soccer charms, to keep her card!

Carf Barn Alpha Challenge - Letter P

Hello Blogging Friends,
I'll start by wishing you all a Happy Easter! Lotssssssss of chocolate!
This Easter period inspired me ! I  have been struggling with letter P from the first day on, and this morning I woke up and knew precisely what I wanted to do, the fact that it was Good Friday, all was so quiet around the house, certainly helped!  I found the image of praying hands on the web, and used the beautiful Flower Cross image from Just Inclined digital stamps. I covered my pages with gesso, and used distress inks to make the color background. I printed the cross image on velum paper to take advantage of the transparency, I colored with copics and enhanced with a bit of Stampin Up markers. the image of the hands was printed on acetate, and colored also with copics and SU markers.  The little corner ( Bset from Cherry Lynn) was also used to create the border, I simply cut and pasted bits and pieces. The big letters are chipboards, they were colored and embossed.

Bien que je ne sois pas pratiquante, cette période de Pâques m'a certainement inspérirée pour mon défi de cette quinzaine, portant sur la lettre P. Depuis dimanche dernier, je tourne en rond... et ce matin, l'image s'est tout simplement présentée à moi. J,ai fouillé le net pour trouver des mains qui prient, et j'ai acheté de Just Inclined la jolie croix fleurie. J,ai tout d'abord couvert mes page de gesso, je les ai encrées avec les Distress pour colorer le fond. L,image de la croix est imprimée sur un velin, coloriée avec les copics et les accents sont faits avec les crayons de Stampin up. Les mains sont imprimées sur acétate, coloriées de la même façon.  J,ai utilisé  un coin de Cheery Lynn, que j,ai coupé en morceaux pour faire la bordure; les lettres sont de gros chipboard, encrées et embossées.

Voeux d'anniversaire à l'orientale. Oriental Style, Birthday wishes

Bon mercredi sous la neige!

Prenons notre courage à 2 mains, ce sera certainement la dernière! Je vous présente  une carte de fête au style oriental, que je peux maintenant afficher car elle a été remise à sa destinataire. J'adore les geishas et lorsque j'ai vu ce tampon de Lily of the Valley, je n'ai pu y résister. L'inspiration pour la carte m'est venue de Dena (ici). j'ai conçu paysage de fond, à partir d'éléments de la collection de tampons Geisha elements que je me suis permis de compléter, en dessinant les montagnes, en inversant les arbres, et en étirant la petite rivière. Le tout est imprimé sur xpress blending card, et colorié aux copics. J'attire votre attention sur l'élément de carton sous l'image de fond; c'est simplement un carton vanille, gauffré au moyen d'un  plioir de Stampin Up, encré avec différentes couleurs de Distress, enduit d'une couche de Versamark - champagne et de poudre holographique de Ranger et chauffé.

Let,s hope it is the last storm of the year! I am sharing with you today an oriental style birthday card I was asked to create, and has now been given to its rightful owner. I love geishas, and could resist this oriental collection from LOTV. I was inspired by Dena,s card, but wanted to create a very Japanese background for my little geisha. I used some of the Geisha Elements to start with, invertes the trees, draw mountains and little river. I printed my image on xpress blending card and colored with copics. Please take a closer look at the cardstock element under the background image, it is a plan vanilla cardstock, embossed with SU embossing folder, inked with different Distress inks, then embossed with champagne Versamark and holographic powder by Ranger.

J,ai voulu l'intérieur de la carte aussi délicat et stylé que le dessus. La pochette noire est conçue avec une découpe de Marianne creatables. Au dessus, j'ai donné de la dimension à cette mignonne geisha au moyen de la technique de  paper piecing. C'est sur une découpe de Marianne creatables que repose un papier à lettre, décoré de petites fleurs permet d'inscrire des voeux personnels.

I wanted the inside of the card to be as stylish and elegant as the cover. The black pocket is embossed and cut with a marianne creatable die. I paper pieced the little geisha. And on the other side, I cut a lovely parchment paper that I decorated with flowers, matted it with another marianne die cut, to leave plenty of space to write a sentiment.

Et pour compléter le tout, j'ai conçu la boitatou coordonnée.
